Thank you for your valuable suggestion.Regarding the staff's lack of English proficiency, please note that the Chinese hotel industry does not mandate that all frontline service staff must master English. Just as in your home country, if a hotel front desk cannot speak Chinese, would we be justified in complaining about them? Of course, your feedback is still important to us.
